We are a CHAS accredited company which
means our health and safety policy and work is independently checked to make sure we are working with the latest health and safety legislation in mind.
We have £10m Public Liability and £10m Employer Liability Insurances, and have a number of references from reputable companies from around the North East.
Our Services
General Cleaning
We provide general cleaning services to many different types of apartment blocks, from management companies to housing associations, and self manages apartment blocks, to blocks with 3 apartments to blocks that have over 100 apartments. We clean apartment blocks daily, most weekly, fortnightly, monthly and some are cleaned periodically. The service that we provide will be tailor made to suit your requirements and budget. Our fully trained and uniformed staff arrive fully equipped to clean their way through your entire block. All blocks have an attendance sheet so that tenants can see and check when their block were cleaned. All our staff are employed and have access to a company pension.
Weekly and monthly testing to fire equipment
In the worst situation if your building was to unfortunately catch fire you want peace in mind knowing that smoke alarms, fire alarms, Aov vents, and emergency lights are in good functioning order. It is recommended by British standards that smoke alarms and fire alarms are tested weekly, and aov’s and emergency lights are tested monthly. We can provide testing to suite and gather required evidence that is needed by law to show and prove that these safety units are correctly working.
Window Cleaning
Clean windows play an integral part of any buildings first impression.
We clean the windows of many different property types, sizes and shapes by ladder,

We clear the gutters of many different property types, sizes and shapes using ladders and cherry picker and now the all new gutter vac enabling us to clean gutters up to 50 feet with out leaving the ground. Yearly service is recommended to to maintain the integrity of your gutters but more regular is advised in areas where there is a large amount of trees.
